We've only known your mother a year, but we loved her. Sitting with the ladies on Wed. evening was so much fun. I think our table laughed more than any other table. She loved to tease Jack and make him blush. So thankful we had the privilege to know her and know she is in Heaven. I believe we'll all be reunited soon.

The first time that I met Pat was at our daughter's wedding. She was a beautiful godly lady inside and out. She has been a wonderful sweet grandma Gigi to our 3 grandkids, they have always spoke very highly of her. It was a pleasure knowing her. She will be missed. Looking forward to seeing her again in Heaven. Our love and prayers to all the family.

In Korea, Kay and I affectionally called them Uncle Alton and Aunt Pat. I have fond memories of our times with them in Korea, especially when we lived in Pusan right down the hill from them. Her faithfulness to, Uncle Alton, as a missionary, and pastor's wife is and example to all of us. She finished her race well and will be remembered by all. I'm sure Uncle Alton was excited to see her again.I regret being in Georgia on Tuesday, but I will be praying for you all.

Oh my gosh where do I begin Pat was a life saver to me as a young wife with many problems. Pat and Pastor Childes took me under their wings and prayed with and for me and give me hope to go on. She always laughed and made me feel accepted and loved. At Bible Baptist Church in Ottumwa Iowa. I’ve never felt as loved in Christ as she made me feel. She was the Best ever! So glad she is united with her family in Heaven. Prayers for all her family especially Greg who I knew better. Pat was the best Pastor’s wife I’ve ever know.

I have many fond memories of Pat. We shared many laughs together. Some of these laughs were at our own expense when we had to laugh at a shenanigan one of us had done. I had the privilege to attend many worship services with her and to see first hand her love for God. I will miss you dear friend but am happy that you are enjoying your eternal reward for all the years you served the Lord. Love you sweet lady.

Aunt Pat was a very beautiful Lady. I am proud to call her my Aunt. She and Uncle Alton were wonderful people serving God as Missionaries and serving the Lord. Aunt Pat I love you and I will miss you but fly high up in the sky with Uncle Alton. Not goodbye but see you later.
