Paula Kopisch

She was born on March 16, 1929, to Walter and Edna Cornell in Waynoka, Oklahoma. She married Jimmie Kopisch on August 5, 1950, and had two children, Randy and David.

Paula was devoted to serving her family and her church. She and Jimmie spent most of their lives in their home on an acreage in the country. She loved to garden, and her home was surrounded by flowers. She also enjoyed shopping for antiques, going to estate sales with her friends, and spending time with family.

Paula is survived by her son David, 5 grandchildren, Amy Henderson, Alicia Nagy, Jeremy Kopisch, Randy Lee Kopisch Jr., and Tanya Johnson, 15 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and two sisters, Rose Marie Johnson and Phyllis Firoz.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her son Randy, and her husband Jimmie.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 20 at 2:00 PM at Grace Place Baptist Church, 9300 S Anderson Road, Oklahoma City, with Pastor Robby Roberson officiating. Visitation will be just prior to the service at the church.

Internment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery, 2301 E Indian Hills Road, Norman, Oklahoma.

Pallbearers will be David Kopisch, Jeremy Kopisch, Randy Lee Kopisch Jr., Jonathan Kopisch, Matt Henderson, and Caleb Henderson.
