Phyllis Hill

Phyllis Hill, 88 of Del City, OK passed away May 10, 2016. She was born in Fall River, MA to Raymond and Eunice (Gifford) Shelmerdine and lived there until her marriage to George Hill (USN) in Norfolk, VA on August 23, 1947. Phyllis retired in 1989 from TG&Y as an office cashier for 20 years. She was a member of Sunnylane United Methodist Church and bowled on several leagues for many years.

Phyllis is preceded in death by her husband George in 1992, sons Kevin Hill in 1991 and Barry Hill in 1995. She is survived by a son George “Bud” Hill and wife Vicki, a daughter in-law Taudyla Hill of Edmond, OK; grandchildren Tiffany Jordan Hill-Shepard and husband Rob Shepherd Jr. of Austin, TX, Tyler Hill and wife Lauren of Edmond, OK, Bronson Hill and wife Tara of Edmond, OK and Barry Hill II and wife Angelica of Dallas, TX; great grandchildren Barry “Tres” Hill, III, and Jace and Mason Hill.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 13, 2016 at Bill Eisenhour Southeast Chapel with interment at Sunny Lane Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Sunnylane United Methodist Church.
