Ralph joined the Air Force in 1948 and met the love of his life, Lillian "Dolly" Fezio, through his best friend, Tony Fezio. Ralph & Dolly married October 23, 1956, and blessed with four children: Louis Eugene, Julia Ann, Will Jason and Belinda Beth.
Ralph retired from the Air Force in 1968.
Ralph is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Lillian, daughters Julia & Belinda. He is survived by his brother, Gene Milligan of Fontana, California, two sons, Louis & Will, daughter-in-law, Karen and grandchildren, Jacob & Madison and numerous friends.
