He was born on March 8, 1961, in Del City, Oklahoma. Robert graduated from Del City High School in 1979 and studied auto body repair at OSU Technology Center in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Robert was self-employed, operating a lawn and tractor service until his retirement in 2010.
Robert is survived by his mother, Dulcia June Morton Buckley, of Del City, Ok; wife, Lynn Hall of Newalla, Ok; two stepdaughters, Angela (Paul) Lack of Norman, Ok; Alisha Hall (fiancé Andrew Marcom) of Norman, Ok; two sisters, Janet (Rick) Tobiason of Mustang, Ok; Terri (Daniel) Oyler of Ardmore, Ok; three grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Robert became a member of the United States Parachute Association in 1979 and reached an instructor rating, receiving numerous skydiving awards while logging over 1400 jumps. In addition to skydiving, Buck enjoyed traveling, taking trips with his wife to Australia, Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and several other locations. He also enjoyed motorcycle riding and was an avid gun collector.

Viewing will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 16. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 17, at 10:00 a.m.at Eisenhour Funeral Home, located at 5005 S.E. 29th Street, Del City; Dr. Bill Spain officiating. Burial will be at 3:00 p.m., Hewitt Cemetery, Wilson, Oklahoma.
