Robert F. Decker, 86, of Del City, passed away June 15, 2018. Robert was born February 13, 1932 in Philadelphia, PA to Robert William and Esther Ann (Long) Decker. At the young age of 17, Robert enlisted in the United States Air Force and served for 22 years. He retired as a Master Sergeant. He loved to play golf and could often be found at the Tinker Golf Course. Robert loved to listen to Frank Sinatra, Big Band music and watch golf, baseball and Fox News. He also enjoyed the challenge of working crossword puzzles.
Robert is survived by his children: Robin Decker of Kansas City, KS, David Decker and wife Tami of Edmond, OK, Nancy Hubbard and husband Don of Eufaula, OK, grandchildren: Danni Williams and husband Jared of Allen, TX, Shai Cloran and husband Ryan of Edmond, OK, Kristi Breshears and husband Trent of Fountain Hills, AZ, Abby Wiseley of Norman, OK, J.D. Hubbard of Tulsa, OK, Julie Edwards and husband Armando Peraza of Sallisaw, OK, Matthew Hubbard and wife Rayna of Eufaula, OK, 17 great-grandchildren, siblings: Esther Davidson and Edward Decker and wife Joan of Philadelphia, PA, and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends to cherish his memory.
He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Jane Ann Decker, his parents, Robert William and Esther Ann, and his precious dog, Angel.
A graveside service is scheduled for 10a.m. Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at Sunny Lane Cemetery in Del City, OK.
