Robert “Bob” Lee Weaver passed away on February 2, 2015, after a long courageous battle with an extended illness. Robert was born on January 13, 1940, in Staunton, Virginia, to Mary Edna (Desper) and Erskine Stewart Weaver, both deceased. He is also preceded in death by his younger brother, Erskine Eugene Weaver.
Robert grew up with and married his very best friend and love of his life, Rosa Deanna Callison, on April 3, 1961. They were blessed with three children: daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Tim Sardis; daughter, Debbie Allen; and son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Lisa Weaver; six grandchildren: Jamie, Megan, Emily, Ally, Lexi and Peyton; and two great-grandchildren: Jaxson and Paige. Robert retired in 1980 as a MSgt. after over 20 years of service in the United States Air Force. He then retired after 20 years as a Plant Operator with the City of Midwest City. Robert was a devout Christian man who loved his Lord, his precious Sweetheart, and his beloved family.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Thursday, February 5, 2015 at Eastside Church of Christ, 916 S. Douglas Blvd, Midwest City, OklahomaArrangements under the direction of Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home, Del City, Oklahoma.
