Roger J. Judd

Roger Judd, 85, passed away May 20, 2011 in Midwest City, OK. He was born December 21, 1925 to Roger W. & Maud (Howard) Judd in Olustee, OK. He married Betty Jo Cash December 6, 1952 in Amarillo, TX. Roger served in the US Army during WW II & retired from the US Postal Service with 30 years. He coached little league baseball in the Mid-Del area. After retirement, he enjoyed fishing, gardening & yard work. He was a member of First Southern Baptist Church for 50 years and served in many capacities.

He is survived by wife Betty; sons David and wife Brenda Judd of Moore, OK and Michael and wife Kim Judd of Frisco, TX; 5 Grandchildren, Kim, Justin, Chad, Ryan & Zachary. 2 Great-Grandchildren, Brooks & Garrett. 1 Brother, Morris, and wife Pam Judd of Kansas City, MO. 2 Brothers-in-law Ronnie Cash of Albert, OK & Donnie and wife Donna Cash of Ft. Cobb, OK. His mother, father and sister, Lucille Tallent, preceded him in death. Services will be Monday May 23, 2011 at 10:00 am at First Southern Baptist Church in Del City, OK with interment to follow at Arlington Memory Gardens, OKC.
