

Ruth Elaine Herman, 70, of Midwest City, Oklahoma, passed away the evening of August 12th, 2013. She was born in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas and was raised by her mother, Helen Louise Rogers Butzin and her father, James Arden Rogers. She married the love of her life Myron Sam Herman October 28th, 1967 in El Monte, California. Ruth committed herself to anything she set out to do. During her time as a store manager at the 7-11 near Midwest City High school, she helped raise thousands of dollars for MDA and also touched the lives of many high school students. She valued her family and always put them first. She is remembered as beloved wife, mother, Nanny and friend to all.
She was preceded in death by her father, James Arden Rogers; brother, William Rogers; sister, Linda Foley.
She is survived by her loving husband, Myron Sam Herman; mother, Helen Louise Rodgers Butzin; brother, James Rogers Jr.; sisters¸ Nansi Wildenberg and Suellen Jones; sons, Denny McCoy, Michael Herman; daughters, Selena Elaine Baker, Christine Simmons, Melissia Wilson, Ruth Ann Fugerer, Helen Louise Davis and Kristine Joyce; grandsons, John McCall, James McCall, Joseph McCall, Samuel Wilson, William Fugerer, Richard Fugerer, Kyle Kringlen, Kevin Kringlen, Robert Hill II, Daniel Hill, Michael Chaz Herman and Tyler Bradford; granddaughters, Sarah McCall, Brandi Haymes, Alicia Wilson, Jessica Fugerer, Dixi Palu and Victoria Bradford. She is also survived by 18 beautiful great-grandchildren.
