Our beloved sister and friend, Shelly Ann Bonner, passed away on Monday, January 17th at the age of 44. She was born in Oklahoma City, OK to William Don and Linda Sue (Martin) Wilson. She was a lifelong resident of the Oklahoma City area where she attended Del City High School. She is survived by her 3 siblings; Jeni Mach, Michael (Wendy) Wilson, and Melissa (Erique) Alexander who will miss her dearly. Also, left to remember her are her grandma, Geraldine Stocker; her nieces/nephews Ashlee, Zakerey, Tyler, Garrett, Londyn, Layla, Braxton, and Cassius; and countless friends. Shelly often found herself in a caregiver role. She helped care for her grandma, spent many years taking care of her boyfriend’s grandmother, and even took in a friend's child in a time of need.
Shelly never met a stranger and she leaves a huge hole in the hearts of her family and friends who were always entertained by her stories and hilarious sense of humor. She truly brought the life to the party. No matter the circumstance, you'd always leave with a story of something funny/crazy Shelly did while you were with her.
Shelly is now at peace and joins her parents and soulmate Jerry Ross (Jerr-Bear). We will all greatly miss our Shell-Bell.
The family will hold a private memorial service to remember Shelly. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Shelly’s name to the American Kidney Fund: https://secure.kidneyfund.org/site/SPageNavigator/df_id/2021MainPage.html?s_src=mainform&s_subsrc=mainform_headertribute&don_tp=hon_n&_ga=2.126573188.883379522.1642549566-381843815.1642549566
