Shirley was a welcoming soul to me when I moved back home and reunited with my LEO Family.,Shirley was a kind hearted Soul who cared deeply about others, Her Family and Friends and her Law Enforcement Family and above all else, God.
She left big shoes to try to fill and she will be missed greatly and sorely by all. Go Rest High Up on That Mountain Shirley. We love you.

My Aunt Shirley was the sweetest woman. She always had a compliment for all us girls, and was always concerned about everyone. She asked my sister Kristi and I one time what skin care regimen we used because we looked so youthful (in our 40s) and said that we hadn't aged in 30 years! Of course we knew better but she was so precious that way- always seeing the good and speaking love.

She was one of the greatest. I will miss her wit and charm. She was always there to give a kind word and helping hand to everybody. RIP sweet lady.

Shirley, you were definitely one of a kind and such a good friend to many of us on that Blue Line. You have touched so many lives over the years and are loved by so many. Thank you for everything you have done for OCPD and the RPOA. Rest in Peace and we all know your work is continuing in heaven. May God bless your family.
