Terri was the beloved wife of Dennis Wheeler. She was a devoted mother, sister, and friend whose greatest joy in life was the time she spent with her family. She is survived by her siblings, Leo Burns, Larry Miller (Kimberly), Ronnie Miller, Brad Lynch (Karen), Markiea Kitchel, and Katchy Brown (Jeff), along with many other family members and friends who will cherish her memory.
Terri found happiness in life's simple pleasures. She loved waking up early to make a hearty breakfast, enjoying a cup of coffee while searching for the best online deals, listening to the funny and often wacky stories her family shared, and ending her evenings cooking dinner before relaxing on the back patio with a cold beer. She had a passion for gardening, loved summertime, and a good margarita.
Music was always a part of Terri's life. She loved golden oldies like The Temptations, Platters, Tom Jones, to even modern musicians like Toby Keith, Linkin Park, and Orville Peck.
Above all else, Terri believed in kindness, honesty, and doing good in the world. She led by example, teaching her family the importance of treating others with compassion and living with integrity. Her love, wisdom, humor, and unwavering support will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew her.
A funeral service to celebrate Terri's life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 31, 2026, at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home, with interment to follow at Sunny Lane Cemetery.
