Served with Terry aboard the Kitty Hawk.
I would always kid him about extending his enlistment so that he could make YN1.Guess he took well beyond that. It is that time of our life that we all seem to lose shipmates and class mates at an exceedingly rapid pace.

Thank you terry for being in the rooms 28 years ago today. You saved my life so many times. Thank you for saying yes and helping me throughout the 12 steps. I wish I could talk with you and thank you. This will have to do. I will try and keep passing it on. Miss you and love you my friend.

Just found this on line. I worked with Terry at the recruiting district in Memphis. He was always smiling, laughing and making jokes. He helped make the day go by better. I'm sorry for your loss.

Hey Dad, yesterday was a bitter sweet day for me. I had a wonderful time with my kids and Lucy, we went swimming and went to the park and fed the ducks.I thought about you all day, it is going to take some time to start living again without you. You are such a role model I am not sure I can ever be the Man you were but I will really try my best. Miss and Love you!

I met Terry while we were in pre-commissioning crew with the USS Kitty Hawk in Norfolk, Va. After commissioning we were in the same Division (X). Spent a lot of time with him and our shipmate James H. Hunt from Lumberton, NC. I'm glad I got to see you at the Hawk reunion in Branson, MO in 1999. You will be missed by your shipmates.

Hey Dad, wanted to tell you that Kaye was with Mom on Mothers Day and I am sure it was tough time for them with you not being there with them. I am going to fullfill my promise to you but it will take time on my part, you taught me eveything I know and I will use it to fullfill my mission to my family. Miss you dearly, your son Tim.
