Terrence Richard “Terry” Minter, 72, of Midwest City, Oklahoma passed away March 3, 2013. He was born March 22, 1941 to Virginia and Glen Minter. Terry served his country during the Vietnam War, retiring from the Navy in 1984. He then went to work for the civil service, retiring in 1999. He was a faithful friend of Bill W for 27 years.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Judy. He is also survived by his children Jim of Midwest City, Tim and wife Lucy of Austin, Kim of Austin, Kathy of Oklahoma City and Lori of San Diego; 9 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and one very special great grandson, Cameron; one brother Bill and wife Sandy of Cape Girardeau.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Jerald and Sandy Hunter and Gary and Janice Cheek for all their love and support. Visitation will begin 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, March 7, 2013. A funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 8, 2013 at Bill Eisenhour Southeast Chapel, Del City, OK, with interment at Arlington Mausoleum, Midwest City, OK.
