She enjoyed working on and making crafts, sewing, cats and she loved chocolate. Tomi was preceded in death by her father, Toby Huffman; and brother, Michael Tyrone Byus. Survivors include her mother, June Lee Byus and husband, Tyrone; husband, Charles R. Simmons, Jr; daughter, Amber Sizemore; and sister, Marilyn Elizabeth Vanoy and husband, Clifton; and special friend, Bobby Reid.
