Tresha Inez Mowery

Tresha Inez Mowery passed away on May 11, 2023. She was born on November 6, 1942 in Seminole, OK to Melvin and Lela Thompson. She graduated from Southeast High School, where she lettered in ALL sports (she was extremely athletic). She met and married Michael Rose in high school. She went to cosmetology school to become a hairdresser, which she did for 45+ years until her retirement.

She loved hummingbirds, lighthouses, roses, crocheting, and loved all sports, fishing, and gardening. She also loved the holidays, especially Christmas time. She will be dearly missed.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Melvin and Lela Thompson; brother Melvin Thompson; sister Beatrice Bleau; and grandson Brian Michael Rose.

She is survived by her two children, Mike Rose and his wife Aminda, and Elizabeth Puig and her husband Daniel; grandchildren Christen Miller (husband Aaron), Lindsey Borthwick (husband Matt), and Jeremy Lake (wife Becky); 13 great-grandchildren; siblings Mary Lou Beckett and Norma Jean Webb; and a host of other family and friends.

The family would like to thank all of Tresha's caregivers, the entire team at Valir hospice, and staff at the Mansion at Waterford for all the love and care that they gave to her.
