

Viola loved the Lord and was proud to work in her church and being a part of their Mobile Meals ministry. She enjoyed sewing and going out to eat and was also known for being the social director for family functions and get-togethers. She was a former member of the Newalla Round-Up Club and a longtime member of Countryside Baptist Church.
Viola was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lee Kenneth Williams; son, Kenny Leroy Williams; siblings, Luther Wyatt, Dorothy Overturf and Annabelle Nobles. Survivors include her daughter, Sheila Bacon and husband, Jerry; sisters, Beulah Irwin and Lillian Pearl May and husband, Lynn; three grandchildren, Misty Hutchinson and husband, Dale, Travis VanHoozer and wife, Kelsey, Coy Bacon and wife, Brittani; great-grandchildren, Marquis Caldwell, Justus Guttmann, Corra, Caitlynn and Cash VanHoozer, Cannon Flint, Lyla VanHoozer, Seth and Emma Rae Bacon; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends that will miss her dearly.
The family would like to extend their sincere thanks and gratitude to the staff of Hospice Quality Care for the compassion and love they provided to Viola and her family. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at the Countryside Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens.
