She was born on January 11, 1938, to Jarvis and Etta Glee (Cozby) Keen in Wolfe City, Texas.
They moved to Del City in 1948, where she graduated from Del City High School in 1956.
Frances worked as a secretary at Exchange National Bank until her retirement.
She married Norman “Bucky” Oliver on March 21, 1957.
Frances is survived by her children, Mark Oliver and wife, Sarah of Moore, Donna Harper of Moore, and Lisa Oliver of Del City; ten grandchildren; 10 great-greatgrandchildren; and numerous extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bucky; sons, Mike and Monte; brother Richard Keen; and sister, Barbara Wharton.
A visitation will be held Thursday, October 24, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home, 5005 SE 29th Street, Del City, OK 73115. A funeral service will occur Friday, October 25, 2024 at 2:00 PM, 5005 SE 29th Street, Del City, OK 73115, with committal following at Sunny Lane Funeral Home & Cemetery, 4000 SE 29th St, Del City, OK 73115.
