Wanda Joan Bruce, 76, passed away on December 10, 2014 at home while surrounded by her loving family. She was born on September 21, 1938 in Ponca City, OK to Benjamin Nicholas and Delores Mary (Ames) Hess. A private family service will be held to honor our beloved, Joan Bruce.
