She enjoyed working in her yard, taking walks. She especially enjoyed taking care of her She-Tom, a stray cat she provided a home for. Wanda had just celebrated her 84 birthday with her twin brother Billy.
Wanda is survived by her twin brother Billy Burr, and Charles Burr, her step-son Perry Williams and his family, many nieces and nephews, also a good friend Teddy Garrett.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband James Elbert Williams.
