

Bill was a father, a husband, a soldier, a sales manager, a student, a supervisor, but we knew him as Dad. He was an avid dancer and loved to play cards.
Bill served first in the US Marine Corps Reserve, then in the US Air Force for 22 years, retiring as a Master Seargent. He served as part of the occupation forces in both Germany and Japan. He served in remote locations such as Thule, Greenland and the Azores, as well as locations throughout the United States. After retirement, he settled in Del City, Oklahoma. Post retirement he had several differing employment opportunities that lead to meeting life-long friends, before entering the Postal Service where he retired again, as a supervisor.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 44 years, Winifred (Winnie) Johnson, and his wife of 27 years, Norma Johnson, stepmother Helen Johnson, stepsister Helen Marie Gibson, son William F. Johnson, stepson Jimmy Sugg, son-in-law Jim Wright, and extended family son James Williams.
He is survived by daughters Pat Johnson and Marie Wright; son Eric Johnson and wife Sylvia Turner; daughter-in-law Jan Johnson; stepsons Danny Huddleston, and Russel Huddleston and wife Renee; grandchildren Ian Johnson, Dana Johnson, Eric L. Johnson, Dennis Lanier, Shawn Wright, Shawna Wright, Matthew Wright, Nana Williams, and JoJo Williams; step-grandchildren Tasha Huddleston, Lynsey Huddleston, and Dustin Huddleston; great-grandchildren Darby Wright, Shelby Wright, India Lanier, Jaden Lanier; step-great grandchildren Zane Earp, Nyla Earp, Ryker Earp, Copelan Howe, Kiera Huddleston and Kanen Huddleston; and great-great grandson Atlas Wright.
A memorial service will be held Saturday December 6, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home at Sunnylane Cemetery. Burial will follow at Sunnylane Cemetery.
