In Loving Memory of William Darrell (Papaw) Terry, of Okla. City passed away on Aug. 9th 2023 at his home. He was born on March 9, 1949 in Stringtown, Okla. But was a resident of OKC since a young man.
He was an Army Veteran in Vietnam where his duty was cut short after being wounded. After coming back to the States he received the Purple Heart, The Bronze Star, and Air Medal.
William is survived by his loving wife Sue Terry, daughter Sheila Husband and son in law Rodney, and daughter Kristina Terry. His brother Buddy Terry and wife Carol, and sister in law Sharron Bullock of OKC. Grandkids Tyler Terry, Dustin Husband, Dylan Husband, Desiree Terry, Kelci and Andrea Terry and numerous great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his mother and father; Jim and Floriene Terry, a brother Jimmy Neal Terry and wife Jo.
Gone from this earth but forever in our hearts. His companion, dog Max will truly miss him!
