Wilma Laura Friday was born on December 12, 1936 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to William and Lillie Smith, she had four brothers, Earl, Lester, Leonard and Elmer Smith. She passed away at home in Stigler, Oklahoma on May 3, 2020 at 83 years old.
As a child she attended Stand Watie Elementary, Jackson Middle School and Capitol Hill High School. Wilma was a stay at home mom and loved spending time with her family.
Wilma had 6 children, Laura Hill, Lois Van Dusen, Rois Avery Hopper III, Ronald Gene Hopper, Thomas Wayne Unsell and Carolyn Sue Blum.
She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers, daughter Lois Van Dusen, and 2 grandchildren.
Wilma’s memory will continue to be cherished by her daughters, Laura Hill and husband Jimmy Hill, and Carolyn Blum and husband AJ Blum, sons, Rois Hopper, Ronald Hopper, and Thomas Unsell along with a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
