I attended school with Brittany at Delcambre High years ago. I was the new kid (no one likes to be the new kid). Brittany, Amanda, Tori and others quickly befriended me. My heart is so broken to hear about the passing of my dear friend. Brittany was always the kind, sweet, loving one. She cared about everyone. She was like the momma of the group, she kept us straight. She had such a sweet soul, and could always turn your day around. She was so funny, and always had something quirky to say. She was beautiful inside and out. I can say she was one of my best friends during those years. However, time and life, we drifted apart, but I never forgot my lovely friend Britany from high school. She will always have a special place in my heart.
There is a scripture that reads, Casting all your cares upon him (Jesus); for he careth for you. 1Peter 5:7.
Devon and family, please accept my dearest condolences. I’m so very sorry for your lost. You were blessed to have such a wonderful, loving, sister/daughter/mother. I pray that the Lord comforts you all in this sorrowful time.

How do I say goodbye to my oldest friend? No matter what life threw at us, we always found our way back to each other and picked up right were we left off. So easy to talk to, not a moment spent where we weren't laughing. So many memories of family vacations, fun at the camp, weekends growing up and that laugh will always fill me with a saddend happiness. I'm so grateful to have seen you truly happy and loved by the love of your life Skye. He made you glow.

Brittany was a sweet beautiful young woman & she adored her family. We had quite a few discussions through the years and she was never negative about anyone or anything when we chatted. She will be missed by many. Sending many prayers for her family and friends who will mourn her loss. They will have a special angel watching over them all. +RIP - no more pain.
