Mrs. Tallent was a native of Arransas Pass, TX and resident of Erath. She passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2014 at her residence surrounded by her children.
She is survived by her children, Tiffany Tallent Tomczek and husband Joe of Erath; Jerron David Tallent and wife Tyeece of Abbeville and Holly Tallent Landry and husband Todd of New Iberia; five grandchildren, Riley Tallent; Cameron Landry; Mason Tomczek; Ridge Landry and Caiden Landry and one sister, Annette B. Deville of Delcambre.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry David Tallent and her parents, Dudles and Lottie Mae Garcia Broussard.
Memorial donations may be made in her name to Hospice of Acadiana, 2600 Johnston Street, Suite 200, Lafayette, LA 70503.
