

DELCAMBRE– A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted for Gerald “Gerry” Lynn Regan, age 58, at 10:00 am Saturday, March 1, 2014 at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church with Fr. Nathan Comeaux officiating. Interment will be held at Our Lady of the Lake Mausoleum.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm until 9:00 pm on Friday with a Rosary at 6:30 pm. The funeral home will reopen at 8:00 am on Saturday until service time.
A native of Jennings, formerly of Rayne and resident of Delcambre, Gerry passed away at 2:40 pm on Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at Iberia Medical Center.
Gerry was known for his exceptional woodworking skills and remodeling. He enjoyed spending time outdoors, riding motorcycles, bee keeping and restoring old trucks. He was a very generous man who was always giving of himself. He will be missed dearly by his family and friends.
Gerry is survived by his wife of 36 years, Phyllis Robicheaux Regan of Delcambre; two sons, Grant Regan of Plano, TX and Phillip Regan and fiance’ Helen Turner of Aberdeen, Scotland; his parents, Donald and Doris Dietz Regan of Egan; his in laws, Willis and Genevieve Renard Robicheaux of Delcambre; two brothers, Jeffery Regan and Annette of Lafayette and Gregory Regan and Theresa and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Cal Rogers, Dayton Deitz, Tommy Dietz, Timmy Dietz, Jeff Regan, Tyson Dunbar and John Robicheaux. Gregory Regan will serve as an honorary pallbearer.
