Jessie Gabriel LeBlanc

DELCAMBRE – Funeral Services will be conducted for Mr. Jessie Gabriel LeBlanc, age 76, at 3:00 pm Friday March 5, 2010 at Evangeline Funeral Home with Fr. Ed Degeyter officiating. Interment will follow at Migues Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 pm until 10:00 pm on Thursday with a Rosary at 7:00 pm. The funeral home will reopen at 8:00 am on Friday until service time.

A native of Avery Island and resident of Erath, Mr. LeBlanc passed away at 9:30 am on Wednesday March 3, 2010 at Vermilion Rehabilitation Center.

Jessie loved to hunt, fish, and do wood working. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his wife, Elva Renard LeBlanc of Erath; children, Tony LeBlanc and wife Cecile of Erath, Montey Paul LeBlanc of Erath, Larry LeBlanc and wife Lynn of Abbeville, Brenda L. Suire and husband James of Erath, Bonnie LeBlanc of New Iberia, and Troy LeBlanc and wife Melissa of Erath; grandchildren, Tiffany Dartez and husband Ryan, Fabian LeBlanc and wife Lilly, Chasity Touchet, Shenaran Baudoin, Larry LeBlanc Jr., Paige LeBlanc, Chrissy Migues, Chantel LeBlanc, Monica LeBlanc, Shinica LeBlanc, Morgan LeBlanc, Gabrielle LeBlanc, Jordan LeBlanc, and Joel LeBlanc; and great grandchildren, Ethan Dartez, Zackery McGhee and Alyssa LeBlanc.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Fabian and Elina Landry LeBlanc; and son, Johnny "Corky" LeBlanc.
