Patricia Pullin Malcombe, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, minister, educator, and friend, passed away peacefully on September 20, 2026, at the age of 86, leaving behind a legacy of faith, love, and cherished memories.
Born on March 20, 1940, in New Iberia, Louisiana, to the late Thomas and Lily Delcambre Pullin. Patricia lived a life deeply rooted in her faith and devoted to the people she loved. Her family was at the very heart of her life, and she considered being surrounded by them one of her greatest blessings.
Patricia was a licensed minister at Acadiana Church of Faith and Victory, Inc., where she faithfully served others and shared her love for God. She was also the owner of Heritage Christian Academy, reflecting her passion for Christian education and her desire to make a lasting difference in the lives of others.
Patricia was an adventurous and energetic woman who embraced life wholeheartedly. She loved to travel, discover new places, and meet new people. Her warm personality and genuine love for others allowed her to make meaningful connections wherever she went. She brought enthusiasm and joy to the many experiences and adventures she shared with those around her.
Above all, Patricia treasured her family. Whether gathered around the dinner table, celebrating milestones, traveling together, or simply enjoying one another’s company, those moments were among her most precious. Her love, faith, strength, and generous spirit will continue to live on through the lives of all who knew and loved her.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her four children, Lance Malcombe, Lonnie Malcombe (Lisa), Jamie Malcombe and Julie M. Jackson (John); five grandchildren, Andrea Veron (Ken), Lacey Guidroz (Collin), Chelsea Guidry (Brock), Hunter Malcombe (Kylie) and Alex Malcombe; six great grandchildren, Parish Guidroz, Nash Guidroz, Remi Guidry, Lily Guidry, Millie Guidry and Ahni Malcombe; one sister, Sonya Castille and husband Mike and one brother, Lambert Pullin and wife Carol.
Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Herman Malcombe; infant daughter, Jody Malcombe; one son, Barry Malcombe and one brother, Berle Pullin.
A memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at Evangeline Funeral Home in Delcambre with Stephanie Leleux officiating.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday from 10:00 am until time of service at Evangeline Funeral Home in Delcambre.
