My sincere condolences to the entire Russo Family! I lived across the hall from Gerri and their four beautiful daughters (Debbie, Teresa, Francine and Patti) at 34 Pine Street, and was friends with Francine, and now we’re friends on Facebook. They are an awesome family, and I miss the great times we had living next door, but glad to have reconnected . I also remember Mr Russo’s candy store on Fulton Street. I know he will be missed by his family and friends! Sending my love to you all. May he RIP! 🙏🏻 😘

MY condolences to the entire Russo family.Tony was a great man.
I lived on Pine street and stayed on the corner of Pine and Fulton with my friends. we spent many years hanging out in Tonys candy store and i also worked there for some time like some of my other friends.
Tony was always very good to us never had a problem with him we always respected his friendship and kindness to all of us.
We all have many great memories from that neighborhood and Tony and the candy store are on the top of that list.
May you rest in peace MR.Tony Russo.

I worked for Tony in his store in the Summers of 1973 - 1975 if I remember correctly. He was a nice boss!
