Beth was born on August 10, 1957 in Queens, NY as Elizabeth Meg Lustberg to Jerome and Helen (Horowitz) Lustberg. Beth grew up in Huntington Station, NY. She graduated from Walt Whitman High School and attended Stony Brook University.
Growing up on Long Island, she loved going to Chinatown any time of the day or night. Beth was a competitive tennis player winning many tournaments over the years. She even won her husband Eric while playing tennis on the courts of Long Island. Beth and Eric were married on Long Island before relocating to Boynton Beach, FL.
After a successful career as owner of an Executive Search firm, Beth together with her husband Eric, bought her favorite candy store in Delray Beach, FL thereby fulfilling a life-long dream of having unlimited access to candy day and night. She treasured the Bulk in Bins extended family. She loved interacting with customers, and expressing her creativity through her beautiful gift wrapping and merchandise selections. To Beth every customer was a friend. She was known for her signature style of walking around in mismatched tie dye sneakers.
She is predeceased by her parents and she is survived by her husband Eric Drayer and her son and daughter in-law Jason And Ariel Pearl, step daughters Courtney and Danielle Drayer, mother-in-law Judie Mincow, brother Richard Lustberg, brothers and sister-in-laws Scott Drayer, Beth Drayer, Gerald Drayer, Keith Drayer and Tracey Drayer and her life-long best friend Karen Strand.
