

Frances Joan Kleips Buettel, 94, passed away peacefully of natural causes on December 1, 2025, in Wellington, Florida. Born on October 24, 1931, in Sugar Notch, Pennsylvania, she was the beloved daughter of John Kleips and Pauline Lukowski.
On December 9, 1950, Frances married the love of her life, Louis Paul Buettel. This year would have marked their 75th wedding anniversary, a testament to the deep devotion and partnership they shared throughout their lives. Together, they built a loving family and raised four children: Dianne, Louis Michael, Janet, and the late Thomas.
Frances had a joyful spirit and a remarkable gift for bringing people together. She loved singing, cooking, and entertaining, and her home was always a warm, welcoming place filled with music, laughter, and the comfort of her hospitality. Her kindness, generosity, and vibrant presence touched everyone who knew her.
She is survived by her daughter Dianne and husband Seymour; her son Louis Michael and daughter-in-law Janeth; her daughter Janet; and daughter-in-law Maria. She also leaves behind seven grandchildren, one great-grandson, and another great-grandchild on the way—each of whom she cherished deeply. She was preceded in death by her husband Louis, son Thomas, and son-in-law Terrell.
Frances will be laid to rest alongside her beloved Louis in the South Florida National Cemetery, bringing them together once again. She will be remembered for her unwavering love for her family, her joyful spirit, and the many treasured memories she created over her 94 remarkable years.
