George was a warm, funny, loyal, loving man. He will be missed by everyone he touched in his life.
No words can express his family’s loss, as he was a courageous and brave soul through his fight against cancer.
George enjoyed playing tennis and golf prior to his illness. He treasured spending time with his friends and family, especially while dining out, listening to music and having a good martini. Some of his favorite musicians included Frank Sinatra, Judy Garland and Barbara Streisand.
He loved Broadway shows and knew all the words to the music. George was an avid sports enthusiast. He was consumed with baseball, football, basketball, golf and tennis.
He was a left-wing, democrat and could hold his own when discussing current events. He was also a passionate business man who loved the art of the deal.
George taught his children good work ethics and exceptional customer service. He was a good mentor and always fair.
His legacy will live on through his children and grandchildren and all who had contact with him.
Services will be held on Tuesday, May 9, at 11:30AM, at Riverside-Stanetsky Memorial Chapel, Delray Beach.
