A funeral service for Howard will be held Sunday, March 11, 2018 at 10:30 AM at Gutterman-Musicant, 402 Park Street, Hackensack, NJ 07601. Following the funeral service will be a committal service at 11:30 AM at Cedar Park Cemetery, 735 Forest Ave, Paramus, NJ 07652.
