Mr. Gerber (Ron) is one of the most beautiful characters I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I say character because that's just who he was with me. He was truly wonderful every day.  No matter where we went or what we did he remained positive and willing. He was charming, fair and honest and open and I appreciated him. He spoke his mind and defended his opinion to anyone. He always had a good One-Liner ready. Brilliantly flirtatious and harmless... it got us through each day of caring.  Walking, Showers,  Clothing Changes, Meals, Grooming. Ron appreciated everything,  always. He thanked me for everything EVERY DAY. He was awesome, I never felt like "The Help" , we sat at the same table and listened to beautiful music and we Sang Songs Together . I'll miss him forever and a day!
