Susan (Lugger) Newman, originally from St. Louis, MO, passed away on June 18th peacefully at her home in Delray Beach Florida. With her loving husband of 61 years, Allan Newman, Susan spent most of her years in Cranston, RI.
She worked as a legal secretary for the same firm law firm for over 40 years. Moving to Delray Beach, FL after retirement, she enjoyed playing canasta, mahjong, and serving as president of her community women’s club for a number of years. Susan is survived by her husband Allan, son Michael (Chantal) Newman, daughter Lisa Nichols, and grandchildren Nathaniel Newman and Bronwyn Carpenter.
