Victor was my roommate at Blair. He was a very kind person who absorbed quite a bit of hazing until we formed the “Pinedo protection group” to defend him.. I still remember his father and mother...very kind and generous people. I was very lucky to have him as my roommate. RIP, Vic.

So sorry to learn or Victor’s leaving us. He was a great YPO friend and a fine consultant for us. He left us too soon.

There are individuals in this world who create a deep and long lasting impression when you first meet them.  Victor Pinedo was one of those very special individuals.  Someone I shall never forget.
I first met him during an assignment he was doing for The Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC).  I was so impressed by his method of motivating people and getting out of them their best ideas and qualities that I told him one day that our law firm needed him to carry out our dream of building a solid and sustainable organization which would survive its founders.  After convincing my partners that he was the right person to help us restructure our firm and carry it forward we hired him shortly after having separated ourselves from the then largest international law firm in the world.  Victor and his Brazilian associates worked closely with us over a period of time and helped us reinvent ourselves by identifying our values and co-creating a vision for the firm of our dreams. In addition to becoming our mentor he became a close and dear friend to many of us.  We are
not only indebted to him for his tremendous contribution to our success but we shall sorely miss him. Wherever you may be dear Victor rest in peace.  To his wife Magaly and to his son Victor our heartfelt condolences and sympathy.

 The passage of our great friend and partner, inspiring our work and our lives, left us deeply desolate.  Victor was an outstanding leader who instigated people and companies to be the best of themselves, so that they could fully express their potential serving the best values ​​and the best causes.  
 His intellectual restlessness and his thirst for the world made him remove obstacles wherever he went and empowered people to do things that they didn't even believe were possible.

Life is build by men who make and write the History and by other men who only read the History ...
Victor is a leader who belongs to the first team, the team of men who make things happen. And I use the present tense because his legacy is eternalized among us.
With regret and great sadness that we, from Associação Comunidade de Mãos Dadas (ACMD), received the news that Victor passed away.
But at the same time with a lot of responsibility because it´s our duty to multiply the valuable contribution that he has offered us in life, which for the past 16 years has benefited thousands of children and young people in our region of Baixada Santista, in Brazil.
If we impacted some people before Victor, we began to have a different impact on our actions with his leading. Him: a “Tsunami” of good energy, which brings benefits to people and their organizations.
With his humanism, organizational understanding at another level, ability to communicate and find the essence of things, he transformed fragile goals into relevant purposes.
The bonding that has been formed certainly has greatly enhanced our organization and we are grateful for all this, to him and to his team that led here with Francisco Loschiavo and companions.
We leave our sincere condolences to Victor's family.

To Victor’s son:
Victor was hired by our law firm, in Brazil, to help us reorganize it, after we left the largest law firm network in the world. We actually reinvented ourselves with his support and mediation and became one of the leading and most prestigious firms in our country. He spent several days with us, in long group dynamics exercises and became our friend. I had the privilege of sharing private moments with him and visited your family, when you were a teenager, in Boca Raton. My Partners at Veirano and I are deeply sorry with his passing but we are sure that you will be very proud of the work your father did and all the good he did for his clients and friends. Last week, we received the sad notice that Victor Pinedo passed away.
We started our fruitful and lasting relationship in 2003 and after that for more than 10 years he imparted in us knowledge, courage and hope. 
For us, Victor Pinedo was one of the most important Consultant in our company history. He helped us to discover the values, define our corporate identity and co-created the long term vision. And led our team to be more mature and passionate. 
During our journey together grew in our hearts admiration, respect and friendship.
