Dennis Leon Bailey

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Thursday, January 9, 2014 at Fairview Cemetery Chapel with Todd Catteau officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery.

Dennis was born September 19, 1938 in Slaton, Texas, the son of Herbert Leon & Hester Bailey. He married Carolyn Gann in Lubbock, Texas on June 9, 1960.

He was of the Methodist faith; retired from accounting with the MKT Railroad after 25 years; loved to work on computers; loved Keno, his dog, traveling and was a huge Nascar fan.

He is survived by wife Carolyn of Denison; daughter Tracie Goff of Denison; brother Danny Bailey & wife Beverly of Beaumont, Texas; grandchildren Shannen & Jillian Goff.

He is preceded in death by his parents.
