George Marvin Jenkins

An informal memorial gathering for family & friends will be held at 1:00 pm, Tuesday, February 23, 2010 at Bratcher Funeral Home, 401 W. Woodard St, Denison, TX 75020.

George was born August 14, 1924 in Dallas TX. George was an industrial engineer by trade, and served in the US Air Force. George has been retired for 25 years.

George is survived by his wife, Dorothy Jenkins of Denison. They were married on August 14, 1944. He is also survived by his son, Charles Jenkins & wife Pat, of Denison; grandchildren, Craig Jenkins & wife Brooke of Haslet, TX and Jennifer Armstrong and husband Damon of McKinney, TX; great grandchildren Kaylee, Drew, Brylee, Jonathon & Christian; sisters, Mary Ellen Yarborough of Dallas & Joyce Swinney of Emory, TX.

George was predeceased by parents, George Andrew & Evelyn Jenkins, and sister, Doris Boyett.
