Katherine Diane Skipper passed away October 28, 2018. Diane was born in Denison, Texas on March 29, 1932 to Izaak and Marguerite Thomas. She attended Denison High School and the University of Texas, Austin where she thoroughly enjoyed being a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma.
Survivors include her sons Kyle and Kelton and his wife Elizabeth; her daughter Julie Ludwig and her husband Nick; granddaughters Shannon Pilcher and Kelly Yauch and their husbands Jordan and Corey; and great grand daughters Dylan and Drew Pilcher.
Diane was a treasured big sister to Dorothy Holder, Delane Pickering, and Dell Halm; her brother was David Thomas. She was a beloved Aunt to all their children.
People, gardening, antiquing, Longhorn/Cowboy football, and decorating brought Diane her purest joys. On Friday, December 7 at 1 PM funeral services will be held at the Fairview Cemetery and Chapel, Denison, Texas. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Make A Wish Foundation.
