I am so blessed to have had this sweet lady in my life, as my friend, for so many, many years. I miss our wonderful telephone conversations when we would reminisce about the past and sometimes laugh until we cried. I always felt better when I talked with her. She was such a sweet Christian and I know I will see her again some day. I pray that God will wrap His arms around her sweet family and give them comfort and blessed assurance.

Sorry to hear about Marilyn's passing. Growing up in the Layne community and the friendship we had was very special. May God be with the family.

Some of my fondest childhood memories were times spent with Marilyn and other friends in the Layne community. I just lived down the street from her and my parents had Hatfield’s Grocery. Marilyn played the piano while 3 of us sang. Sorry to hear of her passing and may God comfort the family during this time.
