Leonard was born December 18, 1923 in New York City, New York, the son of Charles Ramph and Margaret Egan Ramph.
He is survived by his wife Virginia son Charles Ramph of Connecticut; daughters Dianne Cannon & husband Don of Whitesboro, Texas, Lynn Jones & husband Gary of Abilene, Texas and Sandy Lenamond & husband Gary of Garland, Texas.
