
She is survived by 1 daughter and two sons: Katharyn (Paul) Kroening of Hilton, NY.,Daniel(Eileen) Hostetter of Fort Collins,CO. and Lee (Christina) Hostetter of Centennial, CO. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren;Kyle,Kurt,Karrie,Aaron,Elizabeth,Eli,Gabriel, Joshua,Timothy,Brian and Brandon and 5 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Earl C. Hostetter, Jr. and 1 daughter, Earla Jean Hostetter.
AnnaJean lived in Pueblo,CO. and attended Centennial High School where she met her future husband, Earl. After her graduation, they were married on September 2, 1941. While Earl served in the Army during World War II, AnnaJean lived with her mother on a ranch outside of Pueblo with her daughter Earla.(b.1942) They then had a second daughter, Katharyn,(b. 1944) They had their first son, Daniel (b. 1951) and their last child, Lee (b.1958) They moved to Denver in the early 1950's. AnnaJean was primarily a homemaker but worked as a Nurses' Aide at Porter's Hospital, in various retail positions and was an election official for many years. She also served in the PTA while her children were in the Denver Public Schools. She was active in church, attending the very first service at Riverside Baptist on Platte River Drive. She sang in the choir and worked as a volunteer in many different capacities. She lived in Littleton, CO. for 6 years and in Hilton, NY. with her daughter, Kay, until 2008. She then lived with her son, Lee and family until her death at home on June 18, 2012.
