Messages to Nana: Those special memories of you will always bring a smile. If only we can have you back just for a while. Then we could sit and talk again, just like we use to do. You always meant so very much to us, and always will. The fact that you’re no longer here will always cause us pain. But you are forever in our hearts, until we meet again.
Message from her niece & nephew Cassandra & Zebedee Hall:
We recall how she always dressed, a true fashionista. When she stayed with her sister (Helen) after moving back from Las Vegas, NV, Cassandra couldn’t wait for her to go to work. She would wear her shoes to schools, and place them back in her closest so she wouldn’t know. She knew, and would ask her, "have you been wearing my shoes?" Cassandra said “no.” Aunt Nene just smiled.
To have a conversation with aunt Nene was precious, she spoke with grace and confidence. Zebedee, couldn’t wait for her to come over. I will truly miss her, Queen of Queens.
