Billie is preceded in death by her parents William and Alice Brouhard; brother, Edward Brouhard; and sister Dorothy Schleiger. She is survived by her beloved husband of 28 years, Jim; daughters, Kathleen (Alex) Carpenter and Jennifer Sullivan of Colorado. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, and many many friends.
A visitation will be held Tuesday, September 10, 2013 from 5pm-8pm at Olinger Hampden Mortuary. Visitation will also be one hour prior to service on Wednesday, September 11, 2013 from 9am-10am, with funeral service beginning at 10am also at Olinger Hampden Mortuary.
