She graduated from Fort Collins High School in 1961 and Colorado School of Dentistry in 1983. Bonnie married the love her life, Richard in 1966. She is deeply missed by her daughter Elaine, husband Ed, granddaughter Bridget and, great grandchildren Lariah and Richard; daughter Karleen, husband Mike, granddaughters Morgan and Courtney; daughter Kandice, husband Russ and granddaughter Rhiannon; her sister Janet’s family, sisters Judy, Karen, Linda, Anita, and their families. Bonnie loved classic movies, movie stars, and music. She was a talented seamstress that also enjoyed sewing and designing her own creations, and she smiled watching the happiness her gifts gave her loved ones. Other things that brought her joy were packing shoe boxes for operation Christmas Child, playing games on her computer and spending time with her kitty Katie, her best friend. Bonnie was a fantastic dancer, and her daughters have fond memories of her teaching them how to dance the jitterbug in the living room.
She loved being a sister, wife, mother, aunt, great aunt, nana and great nana.
We will cherish our memories of her forever and ever.
Bonnie’s family requested to have this bible verse to be read: ECCLESIASTES 3: 1-8 There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens: 2a time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to uproot, 3a time to kill and a time to heal, a time to tear down and a time to build, 4a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance, 5a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them, a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing, 6a time to search and a time to give up, a time to keep and a time to throw away, 7a time to tear and a time to mend, a time to be silent and a time to speak, 8 a time to love and a time to hate, a time for war and a time for peace.
