Born and raised in El Paso, Texas to Manuel Martinez & Guadalupe Veloz. A family of 4 brothers & 4 sisters.
Carlos then ventured to live his amazing life in Denver, Colorado where he met his soul mate, planted his roots & what he later called home. Carlos worked for the City & County of Denver for over 30 years where he retired as a traffic engineer. He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Mary, 1 son Carlos Jr. and 3 daughters, Pat, Elena & Lucia. 7 Grandchildren, 2 Great Grandchildren. Rosary - Thursday 03/26/2015 at 7:00 PM
