

Clayton Thomas was born on February 15, 1947, in Grayson Louisiana to his parents Oneida and Clinton Thomas. He was the third child born in the family. He was raised surrounded by his sisters Jeri, Carolin, Marian and his brother Leonard.
He attended Sheridan High School in Sheridan, CO where he graduated in 1965. After High School, he attended trades schools for sheet metal working and truck driving.
Clayton was united in holy matrimony with Judy Brown. To this union, Traci and David were born. He was later blessed with three grandchildren, Hailey, Noah and Ashton.
Clayton was employed in several different jobs at Black Gold, Amoco Standard, Electron Foundry, RTD, CR England, and Safeway for twenty-five years. He retired in September 2013.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Oneida and Clinton Thomas, his son David Thomas and his wife Judy Thomas.
Clayton Thomas departed this life on April 29, 2016, in Aurora, Colorado. Those left to mourn his loss and cherish his memory include his daughter, Traci her husband Shawn Morgheim, his grandchildren Hailey, Noah and Ashton Morgheim, his four siblings, all of Denver, Colorado, and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins other relatives and many friends.
