

Debbie was born December 22, 1956 in Denver, Colorado to Naomi and William Turner. She was the oldest of three children. She is survived by her sister Lori Martinez (Lee) of Northglenn, Colorado and preceded in death by her parents, and her sister Dana Turner of Bennett, Colorado.
She married Ken House on September 18, 1981 in Denver Colorado. They were together for 36 years.
Debbie’s survived by her children, Step-daughter, Dana Hanes (Mike) of Fenton, Missouri; Daughters, Sherry Lang (Chuck) of Aurora, Colorado; and Ashley Batchelder (Brad) of Centennial, Colorado; as well as her Son, Jeremy House of Denver, Colorado. Debbie had four grandchildren, Jack Lang (14), Adaline Lang (14), Claudia Heathman (10), and Julie Austin (8). Her husband, children, and grandchildren were the center of her world.
Debbie quit working in 1999 to stay home and help with her eldest grandchildren. This is where she received the nickname “Honey”. She was known as “Honey” to every child that she knew from then on. Debbie was a loving follower of Christ and was a member of South Broadway Christian Church in Denver, Colorado for 16 years. Debbie loved to read, do crafts, and enjoyed many trips with her husband, Ken.
Debbie passed on June 14, 2014 in Denver, Colorado with her family by her side.
Debbie’s love, and sense of humor will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
