Born September 26, 1942, in Boulder, Colorado to Florent James Stone and Betty Jo Ardourel.
Jean was active in 4-H, where she received multiple best in show awards. Jean, attended and graduated from Hollywood Beauty College and Secretarial Business College where she mastered shorthand. She was employed by the Aurora Police department in the Records Department, and the Office of Personnel Management of the United States Government, at Lowry AFB, until her retirement in 2004. During her free time, she became a certified instructor in CPR and First Aid.
She is survived by her children; Davida Williams (Valdez), Scott Valdez, and her baby boy Danny Valdez; grandchildren: Brandon Whittier, Briana Whittier, Samantha Valdez, Jacob, Amber, and Jessica Valdez; great-grandchildren: Aubree Whittier, and Owen Valdez; brother: Rusty Stone
Preceding Jean in Death was her brother, James E. Stone.
