Grandma Dorthoy you will hold a special place in my heart.  I enjoyed visiting every summer and some holidays.  I always looked forward to jumping on that silly pogo stick across the rock pavers in the backyard.  I will never forget the New Year's Eve when you tried to make everyone drink that horrible elderberry wine!  Thank-you for teaching me all of your gardening secrets and sharing your (our) love for Mexican food.

I loved having you for a neighbor Dot. You were my neighbor for 16 good years. I will always remember the stories you told me about our neighbor-hood back in the 50's. I will always remember you as a thoughtful and giving lady who worked at Luthern Medical Center,as a volunteer, for many, many years helping the elderly. God Bless You. Your neighbor Lewis Hart
